RESPECTFUL USE OF PLACES AND FACILITIE     

Given the location of the farm in a rural environment and to preserve it, we kindly ask:

     -     Measured use of WATER and POWER (reasonable use of showers, air conditioning ...)

     -     A maintenance person will be allowed to enter the outdoor area of ​​the property during the rental for the benefit of all (pool maintenance, vegetation ...)

     -     WC: Never throw unfit objects such as tampons, sanitary napkins, condoms ... please use the baskets placed in every bathroom.

     -     TRASH and RECYCLING: Empty the trash regularly and at the end of your stay in the bins outside the property, selective sorting imperative.

     -     Upon your departure, thank you to leave the premises in a clean state, kitchen and tableware stored, used towels and sheets folded on the bed of their respective room ...

     -      SMOKING: Forbidden indoors, possible outdoors (but not recommended: do not throw cigarette butts in nature: high fire risk). The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. If smoking in the rooms, the offenders will be charged a fine, as stated on the sign in the room.

     -     PETS: Please contact us

     -     EQUIPMENT and FACILITIES at your disposal: appliances, linen, dishes ... to be handled with care (do not pull the electrical outlets ..)

     -     PARTIES, FESTIVALS and EVENTS, if too loud, are PROHIBITED

     -     Do not invade the neighbour’s PRIVATE PROPERTIES

     -     Guests are required to maintain a good behavior especially at night, avoiding noises and keeping clean the common areas.

     -     ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED

     -     The management is not responsible for goods left unattended in the shared areas.

     -     The Host always recommend guests to store their belongings in the room and do not leave them unattended.

     -     ETC ………

     -     INSURANCE

     -     Civil liability (type of holiday clause in your housing contract, travel insurance ...). Anyone attending the site must be insured by his own insurance company, especially for any damage that may be suffered or could cause others ... A certificate must be provided to the Lessor (or his representative).

     -     NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED PERSONS:

     -     Maximum 16.

     -     Identification: Upon arrival, guests including children will be asked for a valid ID.

     -     No person outside the identified group is allowed to enter and stay in the premises, otherwise the contract will be terminated immediately.

     -     Individual and collective BEHAVIOR:

     -     The behavior of everyone must be adapted to the use of each installation (BBQ, sports area (tennis, basketball, soccer ...) Always be careful and responsible … It is guests’ responsibility to maintain a good behavior during their stay. Behaviors which may directly or indirectly cause damages to the structure and/or disturb other guests, including the Staff, may imply action on behalf of the Host.

     -     SWIMMING POOL: 12X6

     -     Delimited by safety fences, it does not dispense with vigilance at all times. Children always have to be under surveillance of an adult and may not be lost out of sight.

     -     Observe the basic rules of safety and common sense.

     -     "Reasoned" use of the premises, use as appropriated.

     -     Glass and other breakable objects are not allowed in and around the swimming pool (glasses, cups, sunglasses etc.)

     -     Access is prohibited for animals

     -     Do not let in the water, toys or objects that could damage skimmers, filters ... in your absence

     -     BOOKING / PAYMENT

     -     Booking:

     -     Through booking platforms such as Air B&B, Booking…

     -     ONE week stay from Saturday 17H to the following Saturday 11H

     -     Prices: week from 30/06 to 28/07/18 = 4,700 € / week

     -                   week of 28/07 to 25/08/18 = 5.900 € / week

     -     Outside these dates, contact us

     -     Deposit: 2.000 €, Totally or partially refunded within 15 days, depending on the property condition

     -     The deposit can be paid by bank transfer 15 days prior to arrival or in cash at the handing over of the keys

     -     Property Condition Report: Done with the guest at check-in and check-out

     -     Inventory

     -     Pictures

     -     Tourist tax mandatory for anyone aged 16 or over

     -     Admission: from 17h to 20H. In case of delayed arrival, it is guests' responsibility to get in touch with the Host about check-in time. The staff does not guarantee availability.

     -     The property being located in a rural environment, (use of well water, satellite for TV / internet) we rely on your understanding for any inconvenience that may arise from the shortage of  those resources. No type of incident may give rise to a claim.
