ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

At what time can we arrive?

Arrival is between 5pm and 8pm. Since Reception is closed after this time, please would you inform us by telephone if you are likely to be late or delayed so that we can arrange to welcome you (at any time until 10pm).

At what time must we vacate the property?

You can enjoy the property until 11am the following saturday. After this we will be ready for you in Reception to complete the final formalities.

Must we order our bed linen and towels?

To ensure your comfort, we supply bed linen, bathrobes and towels..

Do you supply disposable footwear for the swimming Pool?

Out of concern for the environment, we do not supply disposable footwear; think about packing your own in your case!

Where can we park our car?

There are three garages and plenty of parking spots for your cars on the property.

Can we arrive by helicopter?

The property do not offer that facility

To be seen.    .No problem, you need only to let us know a week in advance so that we can prepare our landing site and wind sock!

DURING YOUR STAY

Can we walk around the site?

Yes, of course you can enjoy the whole site. Remember to bring suitable footwear for walking on the site and around the local area.

Is the property heated/air-conditioned?

The property benefit from heating and air-conditioning as well as a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

SÉCURITÉ

Can we smoke?

On your terrace, yes. However, smoking is forbidden inside the house.

Do the property has a safe?

No, You are advised not to bring expensive jewellery, precious goods or excessive amounts of cash onto the premise and you do so at your own risk.

Can we come with children/babies?

Of course, the property is fully gated and secure.

Hazardous Goods

Weapons, explosives, inflammable objects and materials or other dangerous chemicals or goods of hazardous nature are strictly prohibited on the property.

The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to Mas de Benet, other guests, invitees, and personnel for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the Guest’s own negligence and non-observance of such rules and instructions.

What are the methods of payment?

Bank transfer, cash.

Is there a deposit to be paid when making a reservation?

We ask you to pay 40% (non-refundable if canceled less than 40 days before arrival), the balance being due at least 15 days prior your arrival date.

Is there a security deposit to be paid?

Yes. A 2.000€ deposit in cash, totaly refundable, would be ask before entering the property.
